Delivery, payment and help

We deliver across Raigarh, usually in about 60 minutes. Orders placed after 8pm go out the following morning.

Minimum order for delivery is ₹99 in the core pincodes. Below that, or outside these areas, you are welcome to collect from the shop.

Cash or UPI, paid when the order reaches you — or at the counter if you collect. Nothing is taken online and there is no card form anywhere on this site, so there is no card detail of yours for us to keep.

Prices shown include GST. Weights are as printed on the pack. For loose goods weighed at the counter, the final bill is what the scale says, and we confirm it on the call before the order goes out.

Ajay Sanjay Traders, Behind Eye Hospital, Purani Hatri, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh 496001. Open 9am to 9pm, every day including Sunday.

Send the order on WhatsApp or call ahead and it will be packed and waiting. There is no minimum and no charge for collection.

Check the order at the door. Anything damaged, short-weight, torn or past date, hand it straight back to the delivery person and it comes off the bill — no form, no wait.

Noticed later? Call the counter the same day and we replace it on the next delivery. Loose goods and anything opened cannot be taken back, for reasons that are about food safety rather than about policy.

Plenty of our customers have sent a list on WhatsApp for years and there is no reason to stop. Send the message, we reply with the total, and it goes out on the next round.
